Framing begins at The Fletcher

After breaking ground last fall and completing the foundation this winter, framing is now underway at the corner of 44th Street West and Vincent Avenue South in Linden Hills.

It's always a milestone moment when a building starts to take shape above grade. We are creating 15 single-level condominiums — each with tall ceilings, large windows, and generous square footage with 1600 to 2400 square feet.
