Site Preparation for Montgomery Place

Demolition of the existing vacant, condemned houses on the site of our Montgomery Place project began today. We look forward to construction starting in earnest this spring, with completion expected this fall.

We are excited to bring 24 new apartments to this highly walkable site, with grocery, coffee shop, bus routes, and bike lanes all within a couple blocks.
