The site was once a city-owned park-and-ride next to the light rail station. The City of Fridley selected Sherman Associates to develop three buildings - one market rate apartments, one senior living, and one affordable housing.

Completed in 2022.

Engagement 2020-2023. Streetfront Development completed city entitlements, low income housing tax credit application, bond application, negotiation of debt and equity package, financial closing, construction oversight, marketing and lease-up coordination, and tax credit certification process.
