Built in the 1880s, these buildings have served downtown Litchfield for 140 years. We’re renovating them to put them back in service for years to come.

Litchfield has a housing crisis. Main Streets are the original walkable communities. The apartments in these buildings are easy, effective housing to help fill the gap.

As the county seat and with a hospital and several large local manufacturers, the town has population pressure. The historic downtown has apartment space on the second floor that is often vacant.

Streetfront Development is renovating some of these buildings to put these walkable apartments back in service.
